Ghost Mailing for Your Church

If you have approval to mail at Non-Profit rates by the US Postal System or currently hold a Non-Profit Permit, TA can clear your mail under non-profit status and ship to any post office for mailing at non profit rates.

This service has always been offered by Truth Advertising and is with the new postal regulations effective May 14th 2007 is being accepted as the norm for Church Mailing.

This process is called "ghost permitting" also know as "request to mail at a post office other than your own." It will eliminate any work on your part when it comes to getting the mail into the Post office it needs to go to.

All you need to do is fill out form 3623.

Then, type a quick letter on your church letter head requesting Truth Advertising to mail for you on your behalf and send both the letter and the form 3623 to us.

By doing this Truth Advertising is able to clear the mail for you at our Mailing Center in Dallas, TX under our non-profit permit and then truck the mail for you to your local post office. This process saves your church time and very rarely results in any extra trucking charges.

 

How the process works:

1st. Download and fill out the Ghost Permit Form 3623 below

2nd. Copy and paste the paragraph below into your church letterhead. Sign, date, and mail the originals of the form 3623 and the letter on your church letterhead back to us at Truth Advertising 1705 Ave. K Plano, TX. 75074

To Whom It May Concern,

The (Your Church name Here) is requesting authorization to mail at our Non-Profit rates, at an additional mailing office: (The Dallas BMC. Dallas TX. 75260-9651)

3rd. Fax us a copy of the "approval to mail at non-profit rates letter" you received from the US Post Office that has your Authorization number in the top right hand corner.

Truth Advertising will handle the rest.
